Terms of Service — 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Clementine Wade Education

The session. One focused 60-minute session with Clem, covering A Level English tuition or university and admissions guidance.

Cancellations. Once a date is agreed, changes cannot be accommodated with less than 48 hours' notice. Requests within 48 hours result in the session being lost. Outside 48 hours, sessions can be rescheduled free of charge, subject to availability.

Lateness. Sessions end at the scheduled time regardless of when you join. The coach will stay on the session until the end of the session.

Preparation. Please send any materials or questions at least 24 hours ahead, uploading to Kajabi or emailed to the team. 

Outcomes. Guidance draws on extensive admissions and examining experience, but no offer, grade, or outcome can be guaranteed.

Confidentiality and materials. Sessions are confidential. Resources shared with you are for your personal use and remain the property of Clementine Wade Education.
